One of the most popular types of exercise for losing weight is cardio. Cardio will burn the calories. The types of cardio are running, walking, cycling, and swimming. Therefore, people who want to lose weight can choose one of those cardio.
The third way of losing weight is to avoid stress. According to Dr. Brian Feldman idea from Stanford University, he said that stress could lead to weight gain. Stress is also one of the things that drives the forming fat cells in the body. Therefore, if the people stress, they should relax or go somewhere to have fun or enjoy their life.
The last way of losing weight is to sleep more. According to a nutritionist, Haya Al Khatib, he said that increasing the duration of sleep an hour or more would lead us to choose healthier foods. For example, if someone sleeps for five hours, he will choose fast foods such as hamburger and pizza. Meanwhile, if someone sleeps eight hours, he will choose healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.
